How much do you charge?

We price each event on an individual basis based on various factors including distance, duration, venues and ease of access etc. To find out how much it would cost, please request a quote.

Why should I use Premia Events?

All bookings are confirmed in writing for your peace of mind. We have over 15 years experience and have played at hundreds of Functions. We have 10 million pounds Public Liability Insurance that a lot of venues insist on. We can email them a copy of the certificate.

All our equipment is fully tested for electrical safety (P.A.T tested) again we can send the certificate to the venue upon request.

What equipment do you use?

This varies depending on the size of the venue and space available to set up in, this can be a discreet set up in a corner or a full Nightclub style rig.

Can we request music for our event?

Yes, we gladly accept requests on the night, we also accept pre-event playlists and we will aim to play as many as possible, we suggest keeping the list to around 30 of yours and your guests favourite songs, this also gives us an indication of the kind music you are into.

As well as what songs you want played, it is also important to let us know what songs you don’t want, after all, you wouldn’t want anything played that could spoil your event.

Can we meet prior to the event?

Yes, if the event is fairly local, we offer a free no obligation meeting to discuss exactly what your requirements are.

How long does it take to setup?

Depending on ease of access it usually takes us around 45-60 minutes to set up, we always arrive at the venue at least 1 hour prior to the event start time to allow sufficient time to set up.

What happens if a DJ falls ill?

As well as being members S.E.D.A (South Eastern DJ Association) we are active members on Mobile DJ forums and can call upon our pool of experienced DJs to provide cover in such an event.

All our vehicles are properly maintained and have AA roadside relay to get us to the venue.
We have never let anyone down yet! We will get to your party.

How do I book Premia Events?

We will send you a booking form for you to sign and return with a £50 booking deposit, this can be a cheque, cash or bank transfer, we will send you a contract and receipt for the deposit, the balance is payable 2 weeks prior to the event if paying by cheque, or cash is accepted on the night.
